W&O pays 100% of the employee cost. Family coverage paid by employee.

W&O pays 100% of the employee cost. Family coverage paid by employee.

Life Insurance
W&O pays 100% of the cost for employee coverage at 2 times annual salary, plus an additional $15,000

Short Term Disability
W&O pays 100% of the employee cost. Available after three (3) months of employment.

Flexible Spending Account
Allows you to use your pre-tax dollars to pay for health care and dependent care.
